My Mate LLC stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, we want to make it right. Please read the policy below carefully, as it differs
depending on where you purchased My Mate.
Purchases Made on Amazon
Most My Mate purchases will be fulfilled through Amazon. All returns and refunds for Amazon orders
are governed by Amazon's return policy. To request a refund or return on an Amazon order:
Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account.
Select the My Mate order and choose Return or Replace Items.
Follow Amazon's return process.
Amazon typically allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most grocery and beverage items. My
Mate LLC is not responsible for administering refunds on Amazon orders, but we will cooperate fully
with Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee process.Purchases Made Directly Through My Mate
For any purchases made directly through our website or other My Mate channels (when available),
the following policy applies:
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within
30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within
7 days of delivery with a photo and your order confirmation. We will send a replacement or
issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will
correct the order immediately.
Change of Mind: Because My Mate is a consumable beverage, we are unable to accept
returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in
original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged or defective).
Orders returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.How to Contact Us for a Refund

description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You
